Kamloops Thompson Honour Choir and Children's Choir
Congratulations to KTCC for receiving a first place at the BC Performing Arts Festival! Their recording now goes on to the National Festival! Want to join this amazing group? Auditions are being held on Monday June 25 and Tuesday June 26 at Beattie School of the Arts - 492 McGill Rd - from 4 - 6:30 pm.
Open Auditions for both the Kamloops Thompson Honour Choir (students currently in grade 4, 5, and 6) and the Kamloops Thompson Children's Choir (students currently in grade 2 and 3) will be held on Monday June 25 and Tuesday June 26 at Beattie School of the Arts - 492 McGill Rd - from 4 - 6:30 pm. Interested singers are asked to contact the choir manager, Leah Clare, at lclare@sd73.bc.ca to reserve a time slot. Singers must be prepared to sing O Canada and Row Row Row Your Boat and they will be asked to each an unfamiliar melody. The audition will be in groups of 3 or 4 students. Parents are asked to accompany their child to the gym on audition day to receive important information about the choir and to fill out necessary paperwork. Good luck young singers!
